All cultures have their own idea of what it means to cook barbecue. To some, it’s low and slow, to others its hot and fast. Some prefer oak, others prefer hickory, the common themes: fire, meat, and attention to detail.
WELCOME TO FLATPOINT

By no means are we re-inventing the wheel, but rather bringing the flavors and history of Central Texas to streets of Los Angeles. We specialize in smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork and hand made sausages, a small selection of sandwiches and sides, as well as rotating specials like pork belly, pastrami, and pulled lamb shoulder.
